I bought a sewing machine on site today.
I was given very competent and detailed advice. The sewing machine was also explained to me extensively and shown. Really great how much time you took!
This is absolutely not a matter of course and deserves a 100% recommendation!
It's also worth taking a look! There are a lot of accessories and different yarns in super nice colors!
We haven't had a customer-friendly business like this (at least) in the past 10 years! We have always dealt with very recommendable companies, but this one is really "another shovel". Absolute recommendation - even if you (like us) "only" bought via the Internet, you get friendly and accommodating advice and help far beyond what is usual. We will be happy to remain customers - even from afar!

Got my new CreArtista machine yesterday. Super fast delivery and great advice on the phone. As a beginner, I understood everything perfectly.
