Unfriendly staff and incompetence sends greetings! On the question of whether you could help me was said to show it but own courage! It's nice to help her job with people who are in a predicament with her animal! Please do us a favor and hire trained personnel as well as people who really have a heart for animals and not only sit in the office all day and make stupid sentences on the phone! Thank you!!
