Things started badly, after showing up 5 minutes late, my appointment was no longer valid and I would have to wait and to take a number.

I had to make an appointment on December 8th because of an accompanying person. The advisor was very nice and explained everything to me, I was very pleasantly surprised. Have never had such a nice advisor in any office. I can only say great and thank you, it was very pleasant.

For months I have been trying to make an appointment for the first issue of my driver's license. This option is not even offered online and when trying to submit forms online with my mobile phone camera, the image files were too large, as all images must not exceed 15MB. The pictures I take are 4MB per picture. Ordnungsamt simply in the Stone Age.
