Unfortunately, the conversation was very disappointing. It wasn't so clear what the duties of the mental health service were. I have not received the help that is described on the Internet. The phone call and the overall tone of the staff were more unfriendly than neutral. This is counterproductive in an emergency. The accessibility of the authority was bad.
