Terrible service! People on the phone who deliberately do not want to understand me and want to teach residents with their official German. Actually, I just wanted a forgotten construction site sign to be picked up. I was not believed that it was forgotten or that there was a sign. If it wasn't so sad it would have been a great shield-bourgeois prank. Awful!!!!!!

The deficiency reporter of the city of Nuremberg (SÖR) is used diligently and is a good thing. The damage I reported to traffic lights and a number of garbage dumps, especially to old clothes and glass containers, were quickly repaired or disposed of. Big thanks to the ASN and SÖR teams!

The central office on the phone very nice and courteous. Unfortunately, this impression is destroyed at the building office. Arrogant, does not allow any demand, interrupts and then the snappy sentence "is not that difficult". But good woman, in the form in the section "Agent" the company does not belong as the responsible person, for this there is the section "Company". I never came to my real question, because they stifled every demand and repeated your standard phrase without understanding what my concern is.
