Update 16.10.2015: Opening times know the property management just as little as the liability of appointments. Unprofessional is still the most factual word that I currently think. I hope for the Schaeffler2.0-Mieterverein, which is currently in formation. Because it is probably not after "a regrettable individual case" - Maker: The brokers are really friendly and capable in their job. However, if this done their job and thus the contract was completed, the problem begins. Flat: The apartments are apparently created "in the chord", as fall 3cm height difference in masonry work or uneven screed / tiles not so on. Doors close after a few months and no longer seem so warped that the setting on the sides here can no longer align. Administration: - After the replacement of the electricity meter I was told a wrong counter number, this error was fortunately noticed by the public utilities. - A malfunction of the hot water supply was reported months ago, the subsequently arriving technician wanted to report with the spare part. To this day I wait in vain. On interim demands you only get one - "we'll take care of it" - but without any further reaction. However, this is not surprising given the "PostIT" quality management. My tip: Best to perform any communication by letter / registered mail, then it is at least black and white and is not blue on yellow in file P.
