Have viewed an apartment due to an appointment. everything is great up to here. was a very nice apartment. Everything was needed pay slips and Schufa as well as self-disclosure. I was promised you would first have to contact the landlord and then a decision would be made. Soooo and then wait wait wait and after she wanted to talk to the landlord on Wednesday I thought I would just call on Friday because I would have really liked this apartment. Then I am not told coldly. yes, you would have already sent the lease to someone else and he would have to come back signed. In all honesty, you should also call those who were not elected. Extremely unprofessional.

We have an apartment over or with a, actually very nice, broker of Blum real estate viewed. It was said that they would contact the landlords and then get in touch again. Unfortunately, nothing came then. Not even a refusal. Very sad, you finally wait and actually requires a bit of professionalism.
