Very nice employees who really take care of concerns! In addition, a small, manageable branch and in a great location, right in the city center, easy to reach for everyone. I'm very satisfied!

to be honest ： friendly but performance needs to be improved. Have been there at least three times and just wanted a new PIN for my online banking. The result was: no PIN received the card was even blocked. (was informed by the employee of the other branch). I tried to change the address every time, unfortunately it was never successful. Then I just decided to go to another branch. Address changed, new card received ....

The staff do a good job. I hope the branch won't close at some point. Online banking isn't everything.

I have been advised here quickly and uncomplicated. From the branches of Deutsche Bank definitely a "better". To open an account, you actually need an appointment in other branches. Here I was outside in 10 minutes ....
