Not even worth a star .. the self-esteemed demigods do not need to serve customers or call back. That their job depends on the FRIENDLY OPERATION of the customers has probably gone everywhere just not in the head of these employees.

Even without an appointment, I was welcomed and advised in a friendly and professional manner. My request was dealt with within a few minutes. I am very satisfied.

In front of the door there is a security guard who will register you inside by email. Nobody seems to read the mail. After 10 minutes I ask how long one has to wait for an audience. Anything between 5 and 45 minutes is possible because there is only ONE employee in there. At my request, he goes to have a look inside and suddenly my turn comes straight away, without another customer having left the branch before me. I now see THREE bank employees. Why is it ALWAYS lied to? I just don't understand such behavior!
