Customer service is dignified. No direct telephone number, just a hotline where you are thrown out of the line. No response to email (we have been waiting for 2 weeks).

EVERYTHING! to be given in writing. It has put us in the right mood, that the Spardabank their own commitments no longer remembered and decides to taste. Edit: to your grandiose suggestion, to turn us to the complaint management - as if we had not come to this grandiose idea itself: Point 1: that is already done and escalates already to Munich and point 2: we leave your bank and your incredibly outrageous Employees one way or another. THAT you can regret, but I would start a moment earlier, about height "attitude of incompetent and insolent, overstretched employees".
