We would like to thank the Trauerhilfe Denk in Freising. The sensitive support from your employee in Freising, in particular, helped us a lot during this difficult time. On the day of the funeral we were also warmly and humanly accompanied by the mourning aid Denk.

I can only thank the company Denk for the immediate help and the wonderful orientation of the funeral. Especially the employee from the institute in Freising was always available and arranged all matters quickly and easily for me. In this company, the word "grieving" is really placed correctly. If I have a bereavement again, I will certainly turn back to the funeral home Denk. Thanks again for the support and support of my grief, especially in the first few weeks after losing my husband.

Unfortunately we were sent to the wrong party for the funeral, even in spite of previous demand, since there are just two extermination halls. This was, of course, very, very unhappy and annoying given first of all the unpleasant occasion and the already existing tension as well as secondly the fact that also older, handicapped guests were present. Unfortunately, after sharing this faux pas a few days later, unfortunately, in addition to a succinct statement, I did not receive any, in my view, adequate response. Too bad, since this would have been the chance to make me even milder. The rest had already fit, but such a mistake on the day of the funeral should simply not happen to a professional company!
