Very impolite! I've been living in one of the apartments for over a year, from the beginning I was told that the name tags would be exchanged within 2 weeks. Still nothing happened! Called again last week (for the 4th time) and we were again promised that this (last) week will be done. After renewed demand, I was pretty vermotzt and the Lord has hung up.
