I dealt with Ms. Tatjana Eberhard in the sale of my apartment in Munich. She was straightforward and is very communicative by nature. She made an accurate assessment of my property, works with great concentration and delivers results! I was surprised that she so quickly found a group of potential buyers willing to meet or exceed my expectations. As a result of our dealings i recommended Ms. Eberhard to a personal friend of many years looking to sell a property rather difficult to move on the current market. But Tatjana found a buyer and the property has been sold to the benefit of all.

It is not easy to buy an apartment as a foreigner in Germany if you can't speak German. It is my pleasure to recommend Tatjana Eberhard as a estate agent for any individual or family searching for the ideal place for their unique situation. I think that everyone knows how difficult the situation in Munich is with renting an apartment, despite the great choice it takes a huge amount of time and effort to find something suitable, but fortunately for me this was an exception. Tatyana called me and we made an appointment the next day after I sent an email which is incredibly fast comparing to my previous experience. A master with the negotiations, Tatjana came up with a deal that was good for me and made the owners happy as well. Throughout this apartment rental process, she also managed to help me with furniture and the dishwasher installation. There is nothing that escapes Tatjana's attention when it comes to property for rent in Munich. I found Tatjana to be a highly attentive professional, almost as if I was her only client, although I know that was not the case. She returned all phone calls and emails the same day. I never felt neglected or unimportant. Tatjana was honest about some minor details that we were able to solve together. I pleased to recommend Tatjana Eberhard to anyone looking to rent or buy an apartment. She is hands down the best estate agent I've met in Munich so far.
