Good day, My name is Bogdan Pomorisat and I have been living in Walter-Heinze str. For 2 years and 9 months. 1, 04229 Leipzig on the 1st floor. There is a "Little Italy" restaurant on the ground floor that does not have proper ventilation. The smell of food rises and into our apartment. The restaurant is closed at 11pm / midnight and we therefore have to circulate the air at night. Mr. Kaak, who represents Paninvest GmbH & Co (Kolpingstr. 6, 84347 Pfarrkirchen) and who rented the apartment to us, said at the time that the restaurant had good air circulation. Which of course was not. Since these 2 years and 9 months we have been praying for him to solve the problem. But he doesn't do it, which suggests to me that he is friends with the restaurant manager. The inner courtyard is a closed courtyard with 15 and 10 meter high walls. The restaurant's kitchen blows the air out of the hood through a 2-meter pipe into the courtyard. Since it is a closed yard, the air stays inside. Proper ventilation should be built up to the roof. I ask you to solve the problem.
