I have been a Debeka customer for more than 12 years. So far I have always been able to warmly recommend the insurance to my friends, relatives and acquaintances. For several years I have had an unbelievable number of changes in the consultants and this has resulted in a blatant underinsurance in the daily sickness allowance with my health insurance. This deficiency was only noticed by chance and was caused by the lack of advice from the Debeka supervisor. An adjustment is now only possible through a new health check, which will certainly lead to an additional contribution. Such behavior could be expected with an online insurance company, with the market leader for private health insurance such a thing is simply disappointing and shameful. As a long-standing customer and I have also brought many other customers to Debeka, this behavior is simply monstrous. Many greetings from a deeply disappointed customer.
