Racist, bad tempered, know nothing about customer service. I have 2 cars insured by Hukcoburg, and I went there to get house and personal third party insurance. The lady started looking at me with hate the moment I entered the door. She spoke in really rude manner, shouted at me and refused to give any information. I really am shocked and will cancel my current insurances with Hukcoburg.
