Unfortunately I have to say that I am very disappointed. The property management has always been very lenient, but unfortunately no one takes care of you once you've moved out. We moved out at the end of October 2019 and until today 27.07.20 (9 months later) we have neither seen our utility bill nor found out what happens to the deposit, we get letters from the municipal utilities asking us to pay Storm until now, as neither the property management company the new tenant has reported to the apartment and we apparently still live in it. Several phone calls made over months, repeatedly asked politely and put off with promises, also contacted several times by email - no answer from the property management or from Ms. Kaiser of our contact person, who according to the phone call of June 30, 2020 at least takes care of the electricity story I wanted a letter with threats of legal consequences from the public utility company, since nobody bothered.
