Very disappointing. Land (most recently the land on Lehel / Moniberg) was awarded in a very dubious way. Potential customers were deprived of information in order to "screen out" certain people in advance. Calls did not respond, emails went unanswered. This species is highly unprofessional and shameful. Although, of course, in a real estate company, the profit is in the foreground, so you should still treat every customer respectfully. Exactly because of such occurrences, many people associate with the profession brokers "smooth, slimy and profit-hungry people", who want to bring one only for the money. Actually, Planet Home Landshut is a pity?

ATTENTION! If you want to sell houses / properties via PlanetHome, you should think twice. I lost a few thousand euros through my trust. I wanted to buy a property that I found through PlanetHome. First I was informed on the phone that the sellers are on vacation together, the broker is also on vacation and this could take a few weeks. The sellers, who were supposed to be on vacation together, are two divorced people and knew nothing about the campaign. A personal interview was never arranged and the secretary introduced herself as a broker during the broker's absence. We have relied on the broker's words and applied for financing with the construction plans etc. and have paid in advance. A cheeky email came the day before the promise that the property would be passed on. People, watch out and inquire about the brokerage company! My personal recommendation via PlanetHome: Finger WEG! It has become a legal matter for us.
