Nice but twice as expensive as a normal broker. Anyone who demands 6% (3% from each party) brokerage fee instead of the usual 3% (1.5% from each party) is unfortunately no longer credible to me

Outstanding customer orientation and close, personal support. In the current situation in the real estate market in Bavaria, this is no longer a matter of course. "First come, first serve" is the principle of most brokers and sellers. It is no longer about the customer, but the fast money!
