Freiamt, the village in the sky in the southern Black Forest, has the Roser organic cheese dairy. I was there for the first time today, and I am absolutely thrilled with the small, fine selection of delicious cheeses such as mountain cheese with herbs, fetarella with spices or simply Bibbel cheese. Paula, the boss is a totally lovable and down to earth person.
Have tried so far with my family different cheese, quark and yogurt and we were always impressed! As a true cheese fan, I can honestly say that you can not find such good products at any cheese counter in a supermarket. I therefore gladly accept the longer journey. My tip is the wild Hilde and Munster cheese :)
