The customer service is very reliable, competent and nice. You actively think about supply with us and, if necessary, adapt your products to the different illnesses of my father (he is in bed). Depending on the level of illness or the market situation (especially in pandemic times), we get optimal support and fast delivery, which we highly appreciate and therefore recommend.
Since we have received hygiene Touch care products, there are no longer any problems with the supply or processing with the health insurance company.
