Worst service ever. The young kid working there did not know what he was doing and submitted the wrong document for prepaid card at the beginning. Had to go to the store for 4 four times and still couldn’t activate the prepaid after one week. The supervisor there was professional though.
The new employee speaks badly to the customer! Thesis happened to me twice!

I was advised by Mrs. Ocak. A sympathetic and professional strong lady. Here you feel understood and welcome as a customer. Even with more complicated questions, the lady could solve my problems with my contract through her professional competence and helpfulness. The advice as well as the friendly customer contact is with the lady in the first place. Here I like to come back.
By a recommendation and difficulties with my previous mobile network, I have received in this shop a terrific advice with detailed explanation to the last detail and also I could use a full rebate, since my employer is listed as a major customer.
Although I had to wait two days for the new phone, the fact that the model was out of print almost everywhere is also the best.
