I was not even there and can already give 1 star. I live a little further away and want to call ahead to inquire about an appointment but you can not answer the phone without data on online banking (which I do not have). Super Service

Very bad customer service, lady at the counter unfriendly and treated from above.

Enger customer area, no cash deposit options, not reachable by phone, constantly defective account statement printer, no possibility to get forms outside of business hours, too few staff, Closed on Wednesdays all day! Not exactly a reference for the second largest bank in Germany!
