I am very happy to have found a consultant like Mr. Thomas Wolf! After being a loyal customer of the Sparkasse for more than 10 years, I came across VR Bank Enz plus as part of a real estate brokerage through Ms. Augenstein (very professional). Ms. Augenstein mentioned that I could talk to one of your colleagues. That's what I did and I didn't think that there are such big differences between regional banks. The support from Mr. Thomas Wolf is professional and personal at a very high level. The processes for everyday matters as well as for complex models are very lean and therefore extremely customer-friendly. Decisions are made quickly, promises kept. The construction financing conditions compared to Sparkasse Pforzheim are worlds better. Specifically with a 10-year fixed interest rate: 0.7% VR Bank Enz versus 1.3% Sparkasse Pforzheim. That's 85% difference! The Sparkasse has to come up with a lot in order not to completely lose me as a customer in the future.
