I am very disappointed with this shop. I ordered something but never received it. Nobody answered although I was promised and when I inquired it said "yes, everything is there on time and we have said that we will contact you", very friendly. After all, it was my daughter's Christmas present. Now I had to order something completely different 10 days before Christmas. Now my daughter is sad that she has to wait for her aquarium until her birthday, although she has wished for it for 3 years. Really very, very sad. I will definitely never buy anything there again. About 2 days before Christmas you actually got in touch and said that my order was there. Well, unfortunately I don't need it anymore.

Large selection, also with animals. Fish, shrimp, birds, rodents. Plants. Good prices. Great advice and the shop is big. Pleasantly wide corridors.

I had a long way to go and I bought a hamster unfortunately one of them died the first night even though he was still very young, but I got a time for free, which is now fortunately still alive after 2 days. Still a shame because I had a really long way and had to go there twice. Unfortunately, we don't know what the little one died of.
