Aok tries with all the tricks to get rid of the patient in order not to have to pay sick pay, that is the highest priority, but it tries to put pressure on the sickness recipient, (you get no more money, the documents are not enough, etc.) so that you can start work again. During this period I never heard that my advisor lost one positive word for my right, is strange, is it? The best thing to do is check with your lawyer before doing anything on your own! In almost 1 year of receiving sickness benefits, I had to appear twice at the medical service, even though I had several reports from the specialist, with many important arguments because of a double herniated disc. Eg: Confirmation of rehab (LONG-TERM WORKABLE) The medical service was twice for me, but under stress does healing hesitate. That the customers are very important to Aok is just a stunt, how you treat yourself when we need you is very contradictory. I will now inform myself for a more patient-friendly health insurance, after all everyone needs an insurance in the event of illness that you can rely on. Kind regards
