As a long-time customer have had very bad experience of promised services. It's about osteopathic treatments. Because of incorrect and too much promise, I was completely disappointed and received too little. For this reason my family are about to change the AOK health insurance. Before applying for a service or even claiming it at all, I recommend making an exact and personal appointment. At the moment I do not recommend this health insurance.

Very special opening hours .... Not exactly worker-friendly ...: / The customer service left a lot to be desired.

Terrible shop! Customer Care does not even deserve a star. When problems arise, you will not only be comforted, but also lied on the phone. I quit today and would not recommend anyone insuring!

Unfortunately, no good opening hours. As a worker almost impossible to get here without a day off.
