Canceled several times in writing, by letter, email but no reaction, now again by email and registered mail, so far no sign of life of this insurance either. This is not how you deal with customers, cash in for years, always pay on time, no damage reported. I thought I fell for a front company .... It's really outrageous, I'm double insured because I got married over 2 years ago and I'm insured through my husband. At that time I wrote to the insurance company twice, including a copy of the marriage certificate, then unfortunately I forgot to check whether they had answered. Now I must obviously have to take legal action.

This evaluation relates exclusively to telephone contact with the company. There was a lack of clarity with regard to liability insurance; my experience with customer contact was negative, as I came across a very unfriendly employee. During the conversation I was interrupted several times. Unfortunately, a compromise was not possible - professionalism, seriousness and courtesy are different.

Askuma AG seems to be a company that does not attach much importance to customer contact. Through my financial advisor, I came to Askuma AG. Therefore, there was never a direct contact with Askuma. I recently noticed that I can no longer have my account. A phone call with the bank turned out that Askuma AG has seized my account. But I did not get any mail and I was informed differently about it. Since I am not aware of any debts in the Askuma, I tried to contact the company by phone. But on the other hand, one does not seem willing to pick up the phone. Such a customer against unfriendly behavior met me yesterday for the first time.

I am absolutely dissatisfied! After the damage was reported, I waited in vain for days for feedback. Finally, I just reported myself to be forwarded to a WWK Versicherung employee who wasn't even in the house. Nobody else could help me. It was an urgent case but the employees didn't care at all. Very insolently, I was only told that there was nothing you could do and that I had to wait until Monday. It is a display damage on the smartphone, nothing great but the smartphone is no longer functional and is urgently needed. I also have experience with other insurance companies because something like this is dealt with within a maximum of 2 days. Ultimately, I will now pay the damage myself because I feel the duration of the processing and the type of customer dealings as cheeky. For that you pay a contribution ... a shame.
