So far I have always had good experiences. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Waiting times also good or appropriate. Currently, the entrances for the various departments in the building are different due to Covid-19 (tourist information via the main entrance, tax office via Lammstrasse, citizens' office via the parking lot on the back). There is currently a little lack of signs to find the right entrance directly.

I have already requested many documents from our citizens' office, and always without problems. In Corona times you have to make an appointment !!! That means you can't come straight and have everything done right away. But when I was inside, it didn't take 5 minutes because I had an appointment! I wanted to check something on the cell phone and it was my turn. My appointment was in 2 working days from registration.

Due to the bad reviews, I drove with a rather queasy feeling to the registration office. Arrived punctually at 7.30, I got a free parking right outside the door. After a short wait I'm fine, my car registration could also run immediately if my insurance would not have so messed up. The lady at the information desk was very friendly and helped me to get everything done. Keep it up
