I only recently switched to this bank. My impressions so far are all very positive. The consultants are competent and happy to help. It doesn't matter whether you are a customer there or not. The machine area is always clean and rarely fully occupied. Due to Corona, there is now a security guard in the service area who controls the entrance (during attendance times). The branch itself is located directly at the ZOB and near the train station. What I particularly like is the uncomplicated switch to this bank and the app for online banking.

I was always so happy. But there is no parking in front of the door to hop in briefly, because the police have torn everything back under the nail .. this is basically the rear vending machine then out of service when the Commerzbank has closed course .. if I'm not from time to time I would only have to pay my money elsewhere ... should you ever need something: /
