I am very dissatisfied with this bank. Because as soon as you want to close all accounts, it takes over 2 years and every time you get the same answer, there would never be a termination and the respective supervisor who is responsible for you doesn't know anything. You really ask yourself what kind of bank that is, you don't have to be surprised when looking for a new bank.
