R+V Versicherung

To my experience with this insurance. I switched from Allianz to R&V in 2016 because I had my accounts with Volksbank and I was so suggested by Volksbank + insurance agent) how great R&V is. So I switched from first-class insurance with 7 policies to R&V! A month after I changed my insurance agent quit (as I said it was in early 2016)! Since customer loyalty does not seem to be so important at R&V after the contract is signed, no single successor has contacted me to date! At the beginning of February this year, I asked the R&V customer hotline that a customer service representative from Speyer should contact me to adjust my insurance, including liability and household items, since I was planning to move to a larger apartment! No feedback until today! So now for the highlight ... I had a parquet floor in my old apartment that is very sensitive and for this reason, in addition to my personal liability, I also had household items and insured against rent damage when I moved out! I am talking about damage such as scratches or water stains (nothing dramatic). At that time I was assured that I would complete a carefree package !! So today the cancellation came by letter my insurance coverage would not be given here. I am absolutely speechless! This morning I called the hotline directly for a call back, we have 6:30 p.m. now, not the only reaction !! Apparently nobody feels responsible at the R&V! I am horrified by such a way! I was previously at Allianz with top customer support. It is more expensive but it is worth it! With the money I invested in this R&V I could equip an entire house with parquet floors! Susan Schuster
