Website doesn't work. Telefone is always busy, called on multiple day, multiple times. Mid of a pandemic no way to contact them, can't register my kid, can't get a hold of the documents I sent over.
Despite Corona, everything went great this morning, great registrar Mr. Josse, thank you very much.
Nobody could be reached by phone for days, everything is closed on site, unfortunately I can't send my applications because they are very unreliable, unfortunately very poor service
So we can not complain! Had our wedding yesterday and despite Corona it was very warm and beautiful !!!! The registrar went out of his way and the colleagues on the phone were always very friendly and helpful !!! The wedding room makes a lot of things, and is a very beautiful backdrop!
So many thanks to the registry office for the great half hour with them ☺️
Tip for everyone like me who come to a civil wedding in Speyer (in a short time): this is the wrong address.
The weddings take place in the old town hall in the pedestrian zone: Maximilianstr. 12, 67346 Speyer :-)
