Be careful when emailing ... it could happen that will respond only after multiple request and ordinary salutations could also be deficient. Responding to complaints is not at all reacted, even by superiors ... I would not like to lump sums.

For employees very unfriendly opening times as soon as you have to work longer than 16 o'clock remains only the Thursday and I think that really meager that there is the car registration office.

I can only agree with the previous speaker. The opening times are not respected, you call often and you can't reach anyone.
