I have now been at this company for two days to buy a large roller garage door. You have to enter with kettledrums and trumpets so that the ladies behind the counter stop their private conversation to devote themselves to the customer. Unfortunately, polite inquiries are no longer sufficient. If you got her (miss) favor, I was parked with the statement that I should wait until she reached a responsible employee. Here you wish you had taken a packed lunch with you. Besides, I'm not an impatient person. An employee appears. The day before, it was an employee who then declared that she was not responsible for roller doors. After the desperate attempt to find a competent employee, the lady wrote down my details in order to inform me by email. Nothing! Now back to the employee who appeared today. He also declared that he was not responsible for my concerns and wanted to look for a specialist. Nobody showed up ........ ??? I hope that was an exception. But the same scenario on two days? As I said, I've always enjoyed shopping here. But now I am happy that there is also an Internet.
