Dear Sparda-Bank Hamburg, thank you for the congratulations! On December 27, 2019 in Neumünster I paid a medium 4-digit sum of cash at the only machine in the branch. During the counting process, the machine made strange noises and informed that the money had been collected due to the time being exceeded and the machine was out of operation. I immediately informed an employee who deposited it in my account. I could not be told when and especially if I would see the money again. I have no receipts or similar. received and only the information that Monday, December 30th, 2019 someone would report. That didn't happen either and I called myself shortly before 6 p.m. I was informed that the machines had to be refilled and that the machine would be out of operation by January 2nd or 3rd, 2020. The lady on the phone interrupted me several times and was also loud. This can be confirmed by several people. When it comes to customer service, it's very questionable that you have to wait 7 days for information about what the money is about. Especially in view of the fact that there are people who use it to pay bills or pay their rent. I got a call from another employee from the Neumünster branch shortly before 6 p.m. because I was supposed to ask for a call back. I didn't have that, but she told me that the machine had been refilled on Monday and that I would get information at the latest on January 3rd, 2020. Today is January 6th, 2020 and I still have no information and the money is not credited to my account. It's unfortunate how long-term customers are dealt with.
