I canceled my account on December 31, 2020 and nothing comes from Commerzbank. My account balances are passed on to others. Unfriendly on the phone. If the bank does not accept the termination within the next two days, I'll let it come to court.

It's a shame that you have to give a star I have never seen such a criminal bank if you go there you can take your lawyer with you The case: A customer cancels his bank account that is apparently reason enough to refuse the customer the payment of his money from the staff it only says quote (That is your problem how you can get your money) When asked to speak to the branch manager, it is just sitting in front of me Funny that Mr. Yesterday was not a branch manager, he might want to become when he grows up. But please choose another reputable bank that does not pay your money even though it is yours. Definitely a case for prosecutors to behave like that

Rude security lady's name I remembered Ms. Faust talking disrespectfully And of course that doesn't work. Before that, it was more pleasant with those who worked there before I also feel totally uncomfortable when you have to meet this lady there

For 1 year the CRIMINAL ASSOCIATION has been refusing to free my account from the P even though I, as a customer, insist on it! Cancellation is not possible because with P on the account a cancellation is not possible ... I wish Commerzbank a total crash with subsequent bankruptcy!
