Very friendly and competent staff. I can just recommend it to everybody. 👍 In particular the board of directors with the two “Volksbank brothers” stands out due to their human, competent and committed demeanor. Slow, inflexible and sometimes hair-raising unreliable advisors. Paired with online banking that is reminiscent of Windows 95. I wouldn't be surprised if this bank disappears from the scene as soon as the current generation of senior citizens (who still appear in person at the bank) is history.

Clean and orderly. Unfortunately too few staff and unfortunately no longer the good service that the bank had to offer.

My parents were already business customers of VB Neumünster, and I have also been a customer there since I was a child. When I logically wanted to sell my parents' house through the real estate department, I found Mr. Bolz. A total failure from my point of view. After several conversations and meetings, I received a two-liner without notice that VB Neumünster rejected the order. When asked by phone about reasons and the impolite dealings with a solvent long-term customer, the behavior of Mr. Bolz was also only unprofessional ..... the sales object was too complex. It is BESSSER: Many thanks to the company Lorenzen immobilien in Neumünster. Has successfully mediated my house with expertise and commitment. Hence all the stars from me for Martin Lorenzen and one for Mr. Bolz
