Mr. Griese, the person responsible for our case, was very friendly and empathetic. His colleague was okay too, maybe a little less experienced, but still compatible. It's just a shame that the success rate in our cases is so low.

Very rude staff! I asked for an appointment there. I was told: We have too many staff in the house, I can't tell you where the appointment will take place and he was clearly happy about it on the phone.
