Take an alternative, because you don't want to live in the noisy, sometimes very humid apartments. The service is usually a disaster and the contact persons are very unfriendly and it takes forever, if at all, for one of the inquiries and complaints to be dealt with.

We have been living in the apartment for a year now. So far everything has always worked out well. All employees are always very friendly and try to help promptly.

Location: Bremerhaven Nobody feels responsible. You are always sent back and forth. Necessary repairs are either started very slowly or not at all. An extensive noise log was in fact ignored and dismissed as a fantasy because the neighbors concerned claimed they were not loud. Switching on the tenants' association unfortunately had no effect either. I can only advise against renting an apartment here.

I was and am satisfied with the service provided by Noctua Services! My inquiries were responded to quickly and in detail!

ATTENTION: THE NOCTUA CANCEL BAD REVIEWS DELETED AT REGULAR INTERVALS! In addition, at least one of the 5 * ratings comes from an employee! Do not be fooled, recently the average was below 2 * and now significantly higher due to the deleted ratings! I received an email from Google removals ("The complainant alleges that the evaluation violates his rights") and was asked to comment. Allegedly it is not understandable who wrote the review, but I've been a tenant since 2012, from 2017-2020 in the next apartment. Today was the SECOND TIME the attempt to have this rating deleted! This time it was claimed (not literally, of course, but through the flower) that I was lying and that communication with the Noctua was not a disaster. I received the brief and it shows that they are trying to delete TWENTY ratings (all negative) (update: some of these ratings were actually deleted, so the average rating is now higher)! So if you act like that, you can't be "completely clean", can you? * - * - * - * - * - * - * - * - * - * - * - * - * - * - * - * - * - * - * - * - * - * - * - * - * - * - To my rating: The property is not big to complain about. Communication with society is a complete disaster. Very often I did NOT get a reply to my emails. Since it is usually not possible for me to come to the open tenant consultation hour (which is only 2x2 hours a week), I have often tried to get rid of my concerns via the telephone number / email address given on the homepage. No one answered the "24h emergency hotline" several times. Is of course great if the warm water fails on the weekend or similar urgent problems arise. After one of my complaints, a short time later, UNREGISTERED, an employee suddenly stood in front of my door to not address the issue in a friendly manner. I found that very uncomfortable. I wrote several complaint emails to info @ nocua-advisors about the same matter and received neither an answer nor anything changed. Incidentally, the ancillary costs have risen by 67%, allegedly we (2 adults, 2 small children) used water for 1500 €. In the new apartment in which we now live, we have a water meter and come to € 500 a year. So you are being ripped off
