Hi everyone, I applied for an apartment with this company. On the phone they were very nice and polite and told me that an overview of free viewing appointments would be sent by email and that I should look for the appropriate appointment (s). An overview of available viewing appointments followed by email. I made some suggested dates within 24 hours!
Unfortunately, I did not receive an answer for 6 days and asked again because the first viewing appointment was getting closer and I have not yet received an address!
Suddenly it was said that all appointments were taken and that there would be no viewing appointment!
Honestly, if they tell you that you should look for suitable dates and then receive no response for 6 days and only find out when asked that all dates are gone, then I don't even want to know how it is as a tenant !!
Very bad service and extremely sad that you are not even able to answer an e-mail within 6 days! Really absolute disappointment and not recommended under any circumstances!
So far only good experiences. All of my objects under management at the LBI are always well looked after and there have been no complaints so far.
If I needed a new tenant, the LBI team quickly and easily found a new tenant for me.
Can I recommend with 5 stars.
