Have been living here for 2 years now and always have problems with the gas thermal bath (i.e. no heating and hot water) the caretakers are really nice only the landlord himself and the staff in the office is cheeky and unfriendly and totally criticized. Nothing is done or helped here we have human meatballs in front of the door and there is nothing in the basement

As landlord absolutely not to be recommended. Apartments seem cheap at first glance, but the hammer comes with the first utility bill. Enormous costs for stairwell cleaning and caretaker.

The heating bill is a cheek! I was hardly at home in 2019 and hardly heated, and should now pay extra! At my request, I was sent some notes that no one understands!

I clean a large staircase over a company from the Brockstedt property management. Very nice staff and also a very nice caretaker and funny :-)

Do what you should and where there is only the motivation to be desired. You always feel a bit snotty
