Römbke Immobilien has been looking after our concerns as tenants for more than 2 years. Our impression and that of some of the neighbors we spoke to are very good. If there are different interests between the landlord and tenant, a management company stands in the first place and can try to mediate and educate. In Hamburg I gained the experience that administrators change frequently and my concerns were often only responded to after repeated inquiries. It's going very well here. I immediately received a friendly and competent answer when I had questions about the utility bill.
I have been waiting for a callback for about 3 weeks now, I contacted them almost every day, it was always said that it would be passed on.
Apparently nothing came of it either.
Good advice and good service. Mr. Römbke has proven to be a competent partner.
No warm water for the whole week, not even an emergency number, it just couldn't be worse !!!!
Our first friendly and competent impression of Mr. Römbke was not confirmed when we bought our house.
In terms of reliability and professional knowledge, we cannot award a star.
