Mr. Fittkau is a very competent and friendly marker, with him you feel incredibly in good hands. If you have any questions, he is always at your side at any time. I would take another marker, NEVER AGAIN.
We don't feel in good hands there. Various documents are said to be missing for weeks, which is not true. Subsequently required documents were immediately submitted by us. News and information on our part was read late or not at all. And in the end it shouldn't be ours, because you seemed to be looking for the needle in the haystack, in our case. Neumünster not again!
On the other hand, it should be said that the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. The owner (seller) and we, as interested parties, received different information and statements. Always make calls afterwards. Absolute NO GO!
