My wife needed notifications about the duration of her parental leave for the employment agency. I'm not just talking about our youngest, but about both of our sons. The branch in Marienberger did not comply after repeated requests. Then my wife was personally in the branch, they said that they were sorry they had sent the letters several times but they had problems with the City Post. We thought nothing of it, so she received her papers late in person in the branch and immediately forwarded this on August 19, 2020. Now we get the letter that was supposedly already sent with the sent date 08/20/2020 and also the information that you only now have our new address, which we had already reported to AOK Plus Saxony 3 years ago.
That brings me close to the feeling that we were simply lied to. Only from the branch, but in the end I don't care. From this I made the decision to allow other health insurance companies to give me offers. I will not tolerate such misconduct, nor would the AOK do that with policyholders.

Nice staff, competent and helpful. AOK plus typical offer. The branch itself is large, clear and brightly decorated. Disabled access thanks to elevator and self-opening and wide doors.
