First of all, I rarely write negative reviews. The owner is sometimes unpleasantly arrogant to very rude. This is reflected in the bad dealings with the customer. He rejects the return of a 40 inch TV for "space reasons". The spatially much more massive Trinkhalle Joo on Horstmarer Landweg has no problems. In addition, he franked a shipment to Italy inadequate and pushes the package returned to the sender for an error in Hermes or that he had been given a wrong address. You have to take care of yourself, to the free paid postage as well. If you point it out to a mistake on your part, you will be sent out with a hissing "yes then, ciao". This kiosk seems to be keeping up due to lack of competition. Do not eat the inahber on such a high horse and be ready for conversation or customer service, he could have spared himself that negative rating. But this arrogance and lack of insight should not be "just like that". Thanks for nothing...

Cult kiosk on the Wolbecker Straße. Friendliness is still very important here. Knotless !!!
