On the phone it was very disastrous, the man on the phone was very rude. And not helpful, didn't even let us finish speaking, it came across as if he wasn't even satisfied with his job. Just ruined my day. The star that I have given here is already too much.

A catastrophe on the phone ... When really every call, is abgewimmelt with the note "Privacy", also usually very rude and long connection times. On the spot it falls under the heading "Caution, customer threatens with order" The situation improves significantly, as one takes another "branch", as in Schwäbisch Gmünd. There is exactly the opposite to be found. Friendly helpful staff who really try to help you.
