Very rude and unprofessional lady on the phone. Either she had no idea about her work herself because she couldn't or didn't want to answer my question ... or she just didn't feel like it. There is no other way I can explain my behavior. If you get a stink normal - not individual question, no answer. For this I supposedly need an appointment that lasts at least 20-30 minutes. Thanks for nothing - in the future, I would rather google 1x more than "bother" you Because Google spat out 2 sentences on my question. Reading time approx. 15 seconds. Well, you can use your working hours sensibly during Corona time. Thank goodness there are more health insurance companies in Germany - we'll be looking for the competition in the near future.

I can only say positive things. I feel so comfortable with the AOK and with my consultant. Even when I was there personally, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. When I call or write an email, I am always helped quickly and competently. I couldn't imagine changing health insurance at the moment and hope that everything continues to go so well with the AOK.

So the lady on the hotline should consider whether the job is for you. With such a whim to deal with customers in the hotline is just underground!
