Disastrous service! Inaccurate or simply wrong information / answers are given over the phone, I've been waiting for promised callbacks for ages and I don't even want to start with the assumption of costs for treatments. A treatment plan issued and approved by the DAK promises to cover 50% of the cost (legally stipulated minimum) ... but not even 30% is paid. Why? Nobody knows. One is put off and put off. Everything is rejected and the services due have to be fought for. In the branch there is no qualified information on this (as is also the case with other topics). I am shocked. To organize that as the most expensive legal KK ... A certificate of poverty.
