Very nice
absolutely high quality food and most important advanced knowledge and skills both in german and english from the owner and the personnel. only for pet lovers.
ps you can find barf food, hello kitty stuff and hand made toys here.
Good deal in high quality dog and cat food. The owner only offers products that she would feed her animals herself. Large selection for cats and dogs. There are also the usual accessories such as cups and grooming. Also a lot of BARF and additives in stock. Good advice.
Very, very unfriendly saleswoman (owner). I wanted to go out faster than I went in.
Unfortunately, I was not given a look in this shop. I chose my things myself (always buy my barware somewhere else, one thing was missing and was nearby and just jumped in) and I didn't get a hello, a thank you or a bye at the cash register. Too bad because it's a nice shop in the backyard and you'd actually expect it to bring more personality (because boss is also in the shop). Unfortunately not at all. I am glad that I found another nice bar flat where you always like to go.
Perhaps you should rethink how you deal with customers, unfortunately I didn't feel comfortable as a customer.
